Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist Inpatient (OT IP) is a position based at a healthcare facility in western Kansas. This role involves providing occupational therapy services to adult patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. The assignment offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while exploring western Kansas's rich history and outdoor attractions.

Job Details:

• Location: Hays, Kansas
• Shift: Day shift, 8 hours per shift
• Schedule: 40 hours per week
• Start Date: 10/12/2026
• End Date: 01/08/2027
• Required Qualifications: Kansas or compact state licensure, graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program, basic evaluation and treatment of occupational therapy protocols, 0 years of experience minimum, willing to work in adult acute rehab patient population
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in acute rehabilitation, neuro, cerebrovascular accident (CVA), orthopedic, balance impairments, and general debility cases
• Additional Information: The facility is a Level 1 trauma designation, with 11 beds and a full rehab gym. Equipment includes Meditech and Nethealth electronic health record systems. Candidate must be a team player and self-motivated. Dress code is scrubs, with no open-toed shoes. Occasional float requirements may be needed.
