Pay: up to $40.00/HR
Duties:
- Oversee and coordinate all projects within the Asphalt Roofing Division
- Work directly with subcontractors to ensure all work meets quality standards
- Visit customers' homes throughout the project to provide updates and maintain strong homeowner communication
- Conduct a final walkaround and inspection upon project completion
- Install roofing accessories and final components, including chimney flashings, when needed
- Perform additional repairs, service work, or assist other crews as required
- Load materials, track inventory, and document all materials used or returned
- Complete all required paperwork before, during, and after each project
- Collaborate closely with the Production Manager and sales team throughout the project lifecycle
- Proactively engage with customers to deliver an exceptional service experience
- Previous roofing installation experience required
- General work experience preferred; training available for the right candidate
- Ability to provide work references and contact information during the application process
- Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required
- Comfortable working on ladders and at heights up to a second story
- Proficient with hand tools and basic construction equipment
- Able to work outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well across teams
- Professional, motivated, and reliable individual with a "craftsman mentality" focused on quality over quantity
