Roofing Project Coordinator

Direct Hire Opportunity!

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm


Pay: up to $40.00/HR


Duties:

• Oversee and coordinate all projects within the Asphalt Roofing Division
• Work directly with subcontractors to ensure all work meets quality standards
• Visit customers' homes throughout the project to provide updates and maintain strong homeowner communication
• Conduct a final walkaround and inspection upon project completion
• Install roofing accessories and final components, including chimney flashings, when needed
• Perform additional repairs, service work, or assist other crews as required
• Load materials, track inventory, and document all materials used or returned
• Complete all required paperwork before, during, and after each project
• Collaborate closely with the Production Manager and sales team throughout the project lifecycle
• Proactively engage with customers to deliver an exceptional service experience

Qualifications:

• Previous roofing installation experience required
• General work experience preferred; training available for the right candidate
• Ability to provide work references and contact information during the application process
• Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required
• Comfortable working on ladders and at heights up to a second story
• Proficient with hand tools and basic construction equipment
• Able to work outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well across teams
• Professional, motivated, and reliable individual with a "craftsman mentality" focused on quality over quantity
