Class A CDL Truck Driver

CSI Sands (N.E.) provides a full range of aggregate and resource materials production services. We are equipped to handle every phase of the materials engineering process, from initial exploration to delivery of the end-product.

Currently CSI Sands (N.E.) is looking to fill the position of CDL A Driver in Cleveland, OH. Under the direction of the Supervisor and/or Shift Lead, the CDL A Driver is required to follow all safety and operating procedures.

Responsibilities:

Duties may include, but not limited to:

* Safely haul various bulk pneumatic loads.

* Safely haul bulk loads and operate tractor-trailer truck.

* Conduct and record pre and post operational checks on equipment.

* Operate loading and unloading equipment as required.

* Adhere to daily schedules set out by Dispatch.

* Complete daily activity logs accurately and on time.

* Maintain a clean and organized truck.

* Ability to navigate work sites and adapt to daily changes in site scope of work.

* Report any issues or incidents to operations manager.

* Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

* Commercial driver's license (Class A) is mandatory.

* Minimum three-year truck driving experience under CDL A license preferred.

* Experience with pneumatic hauling is preferred.

* Ability to drive on multiple routes.

* Must be able to perform routine inspection of the vehicle.

* Acceptable drivers abstract.

* Ability to handle physical workload.

* Strong work ethic.

* Excellent communication skills.

* Flexibility to work weekends an asset.

Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check, physical, and drug screen.
