We have been in business for over 10 years in Tucson and have recently expanded to Phoenix. Daily duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the follow:General Customer ServiceProcessing Insurance Claims for ClientsProviding cash quotes for potential clientsInvoicing - Inventory - and AuditingSourcing and ordering auto glass partsScheduling clientsDispatching jobs to install teamManaging payments received on open invoicesAssists in administrative functions at the officeRequirements:Must be an experienced customer service representative who has previous experience with data entry. The ideal candidate must be smart, happy, honest, polite, presentable, respectful, motivated, and high energy. Must have excellent communication and documentation skills. The candidate must be a master at multi-tasking. Being computer proficient with excellent typing and 10 key skills is required. Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Able to deal with problems involving several concrete or fluid variables. Ability to advocate for the customer and the store, where appropriate. There is no need to have previous experience in the Auto Glass Industry, though it's really cool if you do.
