Loan Officer

Location: Worcester, MA – onsite to start then hybrid Position: Loan Officer Temp/Perm: Perm Comp: Commission only, $50K year 1 forecast, $90-100K year 2 Candidates make .09% commission per loan, average loan at the firm is $450K. Must Haves Bachelor’s degree Nice to Have Prior experience in banking Prior experience as a Loan Officer Bilingual Key Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients. Educate borrowers on available loan products and financing options. Collect, review, and organize financial documents required for loan applications. Assist customers through the loan origination process from application to closing. Communicate regularly with borrowers, processors, underwriters, and other stakeholders. Analyze basic financial information, credit reports, and income documentation. Ensure loan files meet company policies and regulatory requirements. Follow up on leads generated through marketing, referrals, and company partnerships. Maintain accurate records within the company’s CRM and loan origination systems.
