- Ensure Safety and Well-being - Administer medications (MAP training available), provide transportation to appointments and activities, and uphold health and safety protocols.
- Lead and Collaborate - Supervise, train, and support staff while working closely with the Program Director to ensure smooth operations.
- Stay Organized - Manage staff schedules, track important resident information, and complete necessary documentation.
- Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or brain injuries .
- A valid driver's license (held for at least six months) with a clean driving record.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and scheduling.
- Physical ability to assist residents as needed.
- Bonus: Training in MAP, PABC, or First Aid is a plus.
