Yellow Pages is looking for driven, resilient sales professionals to join our high-performance inside sales team. In this role, you will generate new business through outbound cold calling, helping Canadian small and medium-sized businesses grow through Yellow Pages' digital marketing solutions.

This is a pure acquisition sales role focused on opening new accounts. There is no account management — your success comes from identifying opportunities, engaging business owners, and closing new customers.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and acquire new SMB clients through high-volume outbound cold calling
• Conduct on average 100+ outbound calls daily to generate new opportunities
• Present and sell Yellow Pages' digital marketing solutions, including online advertising and lead generation services
• Overcome objections, negotiate, and close new business — you can handle rejection and stay motivated
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly revenue targets
• Work independently in a remote sales environment
• Develop strong product knowledge and sales skills through ongoing coaching and training

Compensation & Earnings Potential

• Yellow Pages offers a pay-for-performance compensation model designed to reward results — the more you sell, the more you earn.
• Uncapped commission plan
• On-target earnings typically $55,000–$65,000 annually
• Top performers earn $90,000–$120,000+
• Base salary of $35,000 to provide stability while you build your pipeline
• Quarterly and annual performance incentives

Experience That Is Considered An Asset:

• Outbound sales, telesales, call center, or business development experience
• Experience selling advertising, media, or digital marketing solutions
• Experience working in a commission-based sales role

Requirements

• This position involves occasional interactions with clients or professionals both internally and externally on a national scale. Therefore, English proficiency is an asset.
• Must reside in the province of Quebec
• Comfortable working in a high-volume outbound sales environment
