ARRT X - Ray Tech
MLR is partnering with a well-respected hospital in Joplin, Missouri, to recruit a dedicated and skilled X-Ray Technician for a full-time, permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic x-ray examinations and imaging procedures in accordance with physician orders.
- Ensure the safety of patients by following proper radiation safety protocols.
- Prepare and position patients for x-ray examinations, ensuring optimal image quality.
- Maintain accurate patient records and imaging reports.
- Collaborate with radiologists, healthcare providers, and other medical staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Operate and maintain radiographic equipment in compliance with hospital policies and safety regulations.
ARRT X - Ray Tech Qualifications:
- Current ARRT certification (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists).
- Missouri state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- CPR/BLS certification required.
