Job Description Warehouse Associate – Mansfield, MA

Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Position Type: Temp-to-Perm Opportunity

We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associates for an urgent opening at a busy distribution facility in Mansfield, MA. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with warehouse and forklift experience who are looking for long-term employment potential.

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately and efficiently
• Load and unload company and carrier trucks
• Operate warehouse equipment including:
  • Electric Ride-On Pallet Jack
  • Stand-Up Reach Truck
  • Order Picker
• Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems for picking and inventory tracking
• Verify shipment quantities and product descriptions against invoices and shipping paperwork
• Prepare and process shipping documentation, including BOLs and UPS/LTL shipments
• Organize completed orders according to delivery routes
• Assist with general warehouse duties and material put-away after receiving shipments
• Support other warehouse team members as needed

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Experience operating powered industrial trucks (PIT) required
• Steel-toed boots required
• Ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse materials throughout the shift
• Strong attendance and reliability are essential
• Ability to work overtime when needed
• Basic math and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
