Are you ready to make your impact?**Role Summary** The ‘Solution Lead’ will ensure the definition of and own product lifecycles for specific point solutions. This role sits at the intersection of client needs, technology capabilities, and regulatory requirements.**Key Responsibilities*** Maintain the solution vision, value proposition, and development and requirements roadmap.* Work with key stakeholders and executive sponsors to translate requirements into clear vision and specifications.* Balance near-term business needs with extensible and forward looking architecture to enable longer-term capabilities.* Own solution outcomes, scope, and quality, including technical direction and architectural integrity; actively challenge assumptions and ensure delivery aligns with product intent.* Partner with the Project Manager on execution, timelines, and delivery sequencing; escalate capacity or dependency conflicts to executive sponsors.* Liaise with other solution teams to ensure connected consistent approaches and integration.* Manage technical debt and build-vs-customize trade-off decisions.* Partner closely with finance, business transformation and project manager to monitor financial metrics and project status.* Assess emerging technologies and their application to solutions and ensure ‘future-proof’ delivery.* Ensure alignment with enterprise standards for security etc.* Act as primary driver to ensure appropriate decisions on scope trade-offs, sequencing, and feature acceptance.**Qualifications*** 5+ years of experience in technical product management or product ownership.* Deep familiarity with eDiscovery, investigations, analytics, or regulated data environments or something similar such as legal technology / document management.* Strong ability to work with technical teams.* Experience prioritizing competing demands in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.* Experience managing products supporting $500M+ in transaction volume.* Clear executive-level communication and decision-making skills.* Experience working closely with professional services and consulting teams* Experience with integration of other ecosystem products in the overall solution.**What Success Looks Like*** A clearly articulated roadmap tied to business outcomes.* Strong adoption.***FTI Consulting is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, ancestry, citizenship status, protected veteran status, religion, physical or mental disability, marital status, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, or any other basis protected by law, ordinance, or regulation.*****Compensation** Minimum Pay:$330,000.00 Maximum Pay:$410,000.00 **Compensation Disclosure:** *The compensation range reflects potential base salary for the role.
