Job Description Helps meet company goals by leading and supportingmanufacturing operations and projects to ensure production schedules, ASMErequirements, and safety compliance are met while maintaining a focus onquality and continuous improvement. Coordinate resources, monitor performance,and maintain strong communication with internal teams and customers. Responsibilities: Plan and manage production schedules to meetproject milestones and delivery dates Coordinate with purchasing to ensure materials andcomponents will be available on schedule Communicate production status to internal teamsregularly Monitor production metrics, budgets, and adjustresources for efficiency Reinforce company policies and safety standards;maintain clean, organized facilities Ensure proper equipment is available at workstations Collaborate with operations leadership and productionsupervisors to meet deadlines Achieve weekly/monthly production goals and drivecontinuous improvement initiatives Train, coach, and evaluate personnel; foster ateam-oriented environment Identify and resolve bottlenecks to maintain smoothproduct flow Perform other related duties as required Requirements Strongleadership, communication, and organizational skills Proficiencyin ERP systems, MS Office, and Excel Problemsolving and conflict resolution abilities Abilityto manage long-term projects and use performance metrics effectively Abilityto handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Minimum5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment Bachelor’sdegree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or anEngineering related field preferred or similar related work experience Able to work in both office and shop environments, climbladders, bend, stoop, squat, and capable of long periods of standing/walking orperform duties with reasonable accommodation Medical and Dental Insurance Premiums covered 100% for the entire family PTO starting Day 1 401k with Company Matching Vision Insurance Short-Term Disability Insurance Life Insurance $150 Annual Safety Boot Voucher Flex Spending or Health Savings Accounts #J-18808-Ljbffr Superior Boiler
