In this role, you will ensure quality care, with a focus on the comfort and well-being of patient and family.**Responsibilities:*** You will perform direct patient care activities under the direction of the Cardiac Cath Lab / EP Registered Nurse* You will maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe environment in assigned procedure room* You will perform required Cath Lab specific documentation* You will assemble, disassemble, and operate specialty equipment**Requirements**:* Current Washington State Radiologic Technologist Certification or as a cardiovascular invasive specialist or currently enrolled in second year of an Invasive Cardiovascular Specialist program or Radiologic Technologist program* RCIS or commitment to obtain within 6 months of employment* Current AHA, BLS and ACLS CPR certifications at time of hire; CapMC Locations: RCIS or Cardiac Interventional Radiography certification within 2 years of employment* Note: All staff have the opportunity and are encouraged to use the Computer Based Cath Lab Orientation 12 week module program as a tool to become registry ready**Why Pulse Heart Institute?** **Physician-led care** Led by physicians and advanced practice providers who understand patient needs firsthand, ensuring decisions are grounded in clinical expertise and collaboration. **Proven excellence** Pulse units across MultiCare earned the 2025 Chest Pain – MI RegistryTM Platinum Performance Achievement Award — the only facilities in Washington to receive this distinction. **Comprehensive cardiovascular care** A fully integrated model across cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery and vascular services, supporting the full continuum of care. **People-first culture** We invest in our teams through professional development, supportive leadership and an environment where caregivers can learn, grow and succeed. **Well-being and support** Resources and programs designed to help you maintain balance and feel supported in your work and life. **Pacific Northwest lifestyle** Work and live where natural beauty, adventure and strong community connections are part of everyday life. **Pay and Benefit Expectations**We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $47.25 - $78.07 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
