Client and Matter Analyst

Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, one of the world’s leading global law firms with offices in strategic hubs of commerce, law, and government across North America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, is seeking a Client and Matter Analyst.This position is located in Philadelphia and a hybrid in-office/remote working schedule is available.Responsibilities include:Maintenance of the Elite 3E and iManage Conflicts database as it pertains to client and matter data.Performs conflict analysis on proposed client or matter party updates and facilitate proper communication and coordination of identified issues.Proactively communicates with firm attorneys and support staff to understand conflicts of interest issues and independently reviews, researches, and resolves conflicts issues.Composes written and verbal correspondence with attorneys and other support staff.Answers email inquiries for status requests.Performs research, locating material from various sources inside and outside the firm.Processes a wide variety of conflicts database change requests.Ensures compliance with ethics related to firm policies and procedures.Monitors and assists with data entry tasks.Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.Experience and Qualifications:Associate degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience required.
