What You'll Do

• Provide advanced emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced ER setting
• Assess patient conditions and develop appropriate care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Use electronic medical records efficiently for documentation and communication
• Educate patients and families on health management and discharge instructions
• Maintain compliance with healthcare standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements

What You Need

• Required:
• Current RN license in Louisiana
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• CPI, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• At least 2 years of ER or acute care experience
• Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
• Preferred:
• Additional certifications in specialized clinical areas
