Job Description The Global Real Estate Senior Coordinator supports the Global Manager of Facilities and Real Estate in the administration and management of the Company’s global real estate assets, lease commitments, and related activities. What You Will Do Lease Administration and Portfolio Support: administer the lease administration application; ensure accurate maintenance of lease records, critical dates, lease abstracts, rent schedules, and related documentation; support financial obligations associated with leased and owned properties; review, verify, and reconcile landlord billings, lease-related payments, monthly obligations, and annual operating cost reconciliations; support budgeting, financial tracking, and reporting for leased and owned properties and related projects. Lease Transactions and Renewals: manage lease renewals and support new lease transactions for global locations; negotiate directly with landlords; evaluate local real estate markets and ensure terms are competitive; determine and articulate scope and budgetary costs of capital projects prior to lease approval; review and revise lease terms, perform transaction due diligence, and coordinate with internal partners for lease review and approval; coordinate lease execution and ensure fully executed documents and key business terms are accurately entered into the lease administration system and related portfolio records. Project and Facilities Support: support the Manager with office-related real estate projects, including relocations, build-outs, renovations, and space turnover activities; provide secondary support for facilities-related matters at larger office locations, coordinating with outsourced service providers, landlords, vendors, and internal stakeholders to address day‑to‑day facility issues. General Support: provide administrative and coordination support to the Global Manager of Facilities and Real Estate and assist with other related duties as assigned. What You Will Need Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required. 3+ years of real estate experience in Corporate or Commercial Real Estate. Experience with lease negotiations, including net present value and cash flow modeling. Professional certification in commercial real estate, lease administration, property management, or facilities management is preferred (e.g., CoreNet, BOMA). Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Knowledge of corporate real estate functions. Knowledge of standard lease terms and conditions. Experience with lease negotiations. Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint. Experience using large language models (e.g., ChatGPT) in daily tasks. Digital fluency and technology aptitude. Strong multitasking and prioritization skills. Analytical and problem‑solving ability. Attention to detail. Innovative and self‑starter.
