**Responsibilities:**

* Provide direct care and assistance to clients in their homes, including activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders as needed
* Engage in conversations and activities with clients to promote socialization and companionship
* Monitor and report changes in clients' physical and emotional condition to our care team
* Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided
* Collaborate with our care team to develop and implement personalized care plans
* Demonstrate a passion for providing exceptional care and compassion to our clients
