Whether you're just starting your career or looking to grow in a new direction, you'll find opportunities to thrive, lead, and make a meaningful impact here.Duties & ResponsibilitiesSupervise and direct nursing unit activities to ensure high-quality patient care, efficient nursing operations within the Outpatient Surgery departmentsOversee all nursing staff personnel, including scheduling and performance managementDirect and monitor unit quality initiatives and compliance with standardsCollaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomesQualificationsLicensed Registered Nurse in South Carolina.Minimum of three (3) years clinical experienceSupervisory Experience requiredMaster's degree required within three (3) years of date of hire.
