Professionally, you'll work with preschool and elementary-aged students (Pre-K to 5th grade) in one supportive school, managing a caseload of approximately 50 students. A part-time SLPA assigned to your school will partner with you in delivering effective speech/language services. Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current CCC certification or CFY status; Oklahoma licensure (or eligibility)
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
• Ability to assess, treat, and document diverse speech/language needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech/language therapy
• Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to individual students
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and the SLPA to maximize student outcomes
• Maintain detailed session notes and progress documentation
• Actively participate in IEP meetings and faculty collaborations
