Key Responsibilities
  • Employ radiographic and CT imaging techniques to produce diagnostic quality images for physician analysis
  • Collaborate closely with the healthcare team and radiologists to confirm precise interpretations
  • Position patients effectively while adjusting imaging equipment for peak performance
  • Uphold strict adherence to radiation safety protocols to safeguard both patients and colleagues
  • Keep meticulous records of imaging activities and the maintenance of imaging equipment
  • Provide compassionate and reassuring patient interactions during the imaging procedure
  • Support a clean, safe, and efficient imaging environment
Education and Certification Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is essential; a Bachelor's Degree is advantageous
  • Graduation from a recognized and accredited radiology program is necessary
Certifications You Need
  • ARRT certification in CT and/or Radiography is mandatory
  • Current BLS certification or ability to obtain within 90 days post-hire
