About the Role
We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Early Intervention / School for a school-year contract serving the Medford and Ashland areas of Oregon. This position primarily supports children from birth through age 5 , providing speech and language services based on each child's developmental and communication needs.
The SLP will work a Monday-Friday daytime schedule and provide services according to the school and early intervention calendar.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate children from birth through age 5 to identify speech, language, communication, and developmental needs.
- Develop and implement individualized speech-language therapy plans based on evaluation findings and established goals.
- Provide developmentally appropriate speech and language interventions in early childhood and school-related settings.
- Monitor progress, maintain required documentation, and adjust therapy strategies according to each child's response and needs.
- Collaborate with families, educators, early intervention professionals, and other multidisciplinary team members to support communication development.
- Speech-Language Pathologist Candidates With Less Than 1 Year of Experience May Be Considered.
- Current, Active Oregon Speech-Language Pathologist License Required.
- Graduate Degree in Speech-Language Pathology From an Accredited Program Required.
- Ability to Provide Speech-Language Services to Children From Birth Through Age 5 Required.
- Ability to Work a Monday-Friday School Calendar Schedule and Travel Within the Medford/Ashland Service Area as Required.
This contract opportunity is suited for an SLP interested in providing early intervention and school-based speech-language services to young children in Southern Oregon.
