LPN/RN Unit Manager – Full-Time The Greens at Gastonia The Greens at Gastonia is a long-term care facility dedicated to providing individualized care and rehabilitation for our residents. We are seeking a motivated and experienced LPN or RN Unit Manager to join our team and lead day-to-day nursing operations within our skilled unit. This is a great opportunity for a nurse leader who is passionate about quality care, team development, and creating a positive environment for both residents and staff. Position Summary The Unit Manager is responsible for overseeing daily nursing activities in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures. This role works closely with the Director of Nursing to ensure the highest standards of care are consistently maintained.
