Analyst - Direct Lending

Rialto Capital is a real estate-focused investment manager engaged in direct lending, CMBS, and special situations investing. Responsibilities analyzing property operating performance through review of operating statements, rent rolls and leases evaluating and abstracting loan documents negotiating complex transactions researching real estate markets throughout the U.S. and communicating with brokers preparing valuation and cash flow analysis on projected loan resolutions including DCF/IRR/NPV scenarios underwriting potential new investment opportunities in CMBS, equity recapitalizations, asset/portfolio acquisitions, and mezzanine/preferred equity underwriting performing loan requests for reserve disbursements, lease approvals, and loan extensions in compliance with loan documents preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for the executive team Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field 0-2 years of real estate experience including underwriting and due diligence strong understanding of loan documents broad commercial real estate experience across multiple property types is a plus Rialto Capital is seeking a Analyst - Direct Lending to join their Private Credit team in Miami, United States.
