Direct Support Professional (Residential Assistant)

Winslow CSAP is intended to work with behavioral clients. Residential Assistant are expected to have a unique sensitivity to recognize and appropriately respond to clients who may have evidenced difficulties. Duties include but not limited to: * Document client observations and behaviors. * Provide role modeling to adolescent population. * Teach and interact with clients * Provide recreation and promote socialization skills. * Promote socialization skills. * Observation and documentation of success along with identifying current or suggesting new therapeutic goals which may require attention by the treatment team * Carrying out expected interventions * Keep accurate and timely records. Requirements: Must have a valid driver's license. H.S. Diploma or G.E.D. Bachelor's degree with one year experience working with youth in a group or behavioral setting. High school diploma requires 1 year or more experience working with youth in a group or behavioral setting. Schedule: Weekdays or Weekends Part time or On-Call shifts.
