JLL is hiring a Nodal Maintenance Manager to support state-of-the-art delivery stations! The Nodal Maintenance Manager delivers Material Handling and Industrial Automation services in a 24x7 logistics environment across 113 sites in North America, with a primary focus on reliability engineering and program management execution. The Nodal Maintenance Manager position is an onsite role requiring onsite presence. This position is responsible for ensuring service levels as described in the Master Work Order and measured by Key Performance Indicators while working closely with the account's program management lead. The Nodal Maintenance Manager is part of a National Operations Team that provides services to the client across the United States and Canada.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSPORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT Manage a limited portfolio of 23 - 34 sites with full accountability for 24x7 operations coverageCoordinate maintenance activities across multiple shifts to ensure continuous operational supportBalance resource allocation across portfolio sites to optimize performance and cost efficiencyEstablish and maintain communication protocols for round-the-clock operational coordinationMonitor and report on portfolio-wide performance metrics and KPI achievementEnsure consistent service delivery standards across all assigned facilitiesManage escalation procedures for critical issues affecting 24x7 operationsRELIABILITY & PROGRAM MANAGEMENT Execute contract KPIs and related client-RME strategies under guidance of senior leadershipFocus on reliability engineering principles to maximize equipment uptime and performanceWork directly with the account's program management lead to align maintenance strategies with operational objectivesSupport implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance programsAnalyze equipment performance data to identify reliability improvement opportunitiesParticipate in root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actionsSupport strategy and development for critical functions within the organizations.
