What You'll Do

• Lead and support install crews in the field
• Train and mentor installers to improve skill, efficiency, and quality
• Ensure installations meet company standards, codes, and safety requirements
• Perform quality control checks and job site oversight
• Troubleshoot complex installation challenges
• Deliver a high-level customer experience on every job

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• EPA Certification required
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, ductwork, and installation best practices
• Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
• Self-motivated, reliable, and team-oriented

Physical & Schedule Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs (with assistance)
• Comfortable working on ladders (10 ft+ including extension ladders)
• Knowledge of job site safety and tool use
• Flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends as needed
