Overview Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient Location: 1401 Parkridge Blvd. Lawton, OK 73505 Schedule: Monday-Friday with hours between 7am-6pm Compensation: Starting at $72,000 (Commensurate with experience) Incentives: $20,000 sign-on bonus and/or $350 per month in uncapped student debt relief Locations With Full-Time Openings: Edmond, El Reno, Lawton, Midwest City, Muskogee, Mustang, Norman, Oklahoma City and Owasso. Responsibilities Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager Qualifications Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice CPR certification #J-18808-Ljbffr Select Physical Therapy
