We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a high-volume Quick-Service Restaurant (QSR) specializing in burgers, fries, milkshakes, and drive-thru service.

This is more than a General Manager role—it's an opportunity to become a Franchise Partner . We're looking for an entrepreneurial, hands-on leader who is passionate about developing people, driving operational excellence, and building a successful business with a clear path to ownership.

As General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including team leadership, guest satisfaction, financial performance, staffing, and operational execution. You will develop future leaders, improve business results, and foster a culture of accountability and ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all daily restaurant operations in a high-volume environment.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Manage restaurant P&L, labor, food cost, inventory, and profitability.
• Drive sales growth, operational excellence, and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and brand standards.
• Build leadership pipelines through coaching and succession planning.
• Analyze KPIs and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance.
• Create a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Required

• 2+ years of General Manager experience in Quick-Service Restaurants (QSR), Fast Casual, High-Volume Restaurants, or Convenience Store Food Service .
• Experience with leading chicken QSR brands is highly preferred.
• Strong P&L management and business acumen.
• Proven experience managing labor, food cost, staffing, and profitability.
• Demonstrated success developing and promoting team members.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to pursue restaurant ownership.
• Valid Driver's License and U.S. work authorization.
