In this driving post, you will conduct routine patrols, stay visible to help discourage incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a high-profile aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through proper site protocols and documenting observations as required.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter access points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization in designated areas, and report discrepancies, suspicious behavior, and policy violations to site leadership.
• Support access control, alarm response, and after-hours checks while working in changing environments and conditions based on operational needs at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
