The ideal candidate will be skilled in both preparation and application techniques and have a strong understanding of the safety protocols and maintenance of equipment involved in powder coating.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in powder coating and industrial painting in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge: Understanding of different powder types, curing processes, and quality inspection standards.
• Skills: Proficient in using spray guns, powder coating equipment, and standard inspection tools.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.,
