Location: Fredericksburg, VA
Schedule: Full-Time | Days & Nights (Rotating Weekends)
Compensation: Based on Experience
Sign-On Bonus: Case-by-Case Basis

Position Overview

A leading acute care hospital in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join its growing Respiratory Therapy team. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced therapists

and new graduates looking to build their careers in a supportive, patient-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient respiratory status and recommend appropriate interventions.
• Administer oxygen therapy, aerosolized medications, and airway clearance treatments.
• Manage invasive and non-invasive ventilation for patients across multiple care settings.

Qualifications

• Active Respiratory Therapist license (RRT/RCP-State).
• Associate Degree, Vocational School Graduate, or Certificate in Respiratory Therapy.
• BLS/CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
