Insurance Consultant

As an Insurance Consultant at Afni, you’ll provide customer-focused insurance support within our Customer Service & Support team. You’ll handle inbound calls and digital inquiries, explain coverage options, assist with billing and policy changes, and guide customers through basic claims questions. You’ll use CRM and call center tools, follow compliance standards, and hit quality and performance goals.
