Responsibilities Prepare for and represent clients at workers' compensation hearings, ensuring all procedural requirements are met. Manage case files using case management software and document management systems such as iManage. Review and proofread all case-related documents to maintain accuracy and confidentiality. Communicate effectively with clients, insurance carriers, medical providers, and other stakeholders regarding case status and procedural updates. Enter data accurately into case management systems, maintaining comprehensive records of all case activities. Assist with legal discovery processes by organizing evidence and preparing documentation for hearings. Handle administrative tasks such as filing documents electronically or physically within required deadlines. Maintain a high level of professionalism while handling sensitive or confidential information. Support the legal team with general administrative duties to ensure smooth workflow operations. Skills Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex legal information quickly. Paralegal experience or law office experience related to workers’ compensation is highly desirable.
