Front Desk Coordinator

At Hunter Wellness Center, a family-owned, patient-centered practice, we're looking for a bubbly, outgoing, and friendly personality to join our team as a part-time Front Desk Coordinator! This position offers a dynamic work environment where you will play an essential role in patient therapy, office coordination, and patient education. In this position, you will earn $20 - $23/hour .

The Front Desk Coordinator position follows a structured schedule: Monday through Thursday from 8 AM - 5 PM , with extended hours on Tuesdays until 6:00 PM.

DO YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS?

• Valid driver's license
• Strong communication skills
• At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role

WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A FRONT DESK COORDINATOR?

In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. Your responsibilities will include managing patient scheduling, answering calls and emails, and maintaining office organization to support an efficient workflow. You will assist with patient therapy, provide education on treatment plans, and prepare treatment rooms for appointments. Additionally, you will handle patient records, insurance verifications, and office inventory management to ensure smooth daily operations. Your ability to maintain confidentiality, manage multiple responsibilities, and provide exceptional patient care will be key to success in this position.
