Job Description

Definir e executar a estratégia de marketing da marca e seus planos anuais
Liderar iniciativas de branding, comunicação, mídia, eventos, campanhas e lançamentos de coleções
Construir e manter relacionamentos sólidos com influenciadores, talentos, parceiros e stakeholders do mercado
Gerenciar o orçamento de marketing, a alocação de recursos e a mensuração de resultados
Liderar e desenvolver uma equipe multidisciplinar de marketing
Atuar em parceria com a alta liderança para apoiar os objetivos de crescimento do negócio
Garantir uma presença de marca consistente e relevante em todos os pontos de contato com o consumidor

The Successful Applicant

Experiência liderando a área de marketing de marcas de moda, beleza e lifestyle
Experiência em branding, comunicação e execução de estratégias de go-to-market
Histórico de liderança e desenvolvimento de equipes
Experiência sólida na gestão de agências, campanhas e orçamentos relevantes de marketing
Capacidade de relacionamento externo, incluindo influenciadores, imprensa, talentos e stakeholders da indústria
Presença executiva e habilidade para interagir com a alta liderança
Disponibilidade para residir na região Sul e realizar viagens frequentes a trabalho
