Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Early Career BCBAs Welcome Olive Branch ABA – Houston, TX Olive Branch ABA is a privately held, woman-owned organization led by a practicing BCBA. About Olive Branch ABA At Olive Branch ABA, our goal is simple: help children build confidence, independence, and real-life skills through thoughtful Applied Behavior Analysis services. Caseloads are structured to support quality care and realistic workloads. Support for New BCBAs Starting your career as a BCBA is a big step, and having the right support system makes all the difference. At Olive Branch ABA, new BCBAs are not expected to figure everything out on their own. You will work alongside experienced clinicians who are available for guidance, collaboration, and mentorship as you grow into the role. New BCBAs receive additional support as they build confidence managing their caseload and supervising RBTs. About the Role As a BCBA at Olive Branch ABA, you will guide treatment planning and support the clinical progress of the children on your caseload. Responsibilities include: Conducting behavioral assessments Developing and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans Supervising and supporting Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Providing parent training and family guidance Monitoring progress and adjusting treatment goals when needed Collaboration with other members of the clinical team Our goal is to allow clinicians to focus on quality clinical work and meaningful outcomes for families. Compensation Pay Range: $75–$85 per hour Schedule: Flexible (approximately 40 hours per week) Flexible scheduling available Max 6-7 cases per BCBA Administrative systems are designed to reduce unnecessary paperwork , allowing clinicians to spend more time on clinical care and family support.
