Manage complex SUD cases through triage, care coordination, and evidence-based interventions. Support members with motivational interviewing, ASAM guidance, and crisis intervention. What success looks like: Members achieve recovery goals with high satisfaction and seamless care. Accurate documentation and strong collaboration drive quality outcomes. What you'll bring: Active LCSW, LMFT, or LPC license with 2+ years of SUD clinical experience. Excellent communication, diversity awareness, and comfort with technology.
