Senior Technician Production Operations - Reagents - 1st shift

Responsibilities Execute the daily production plan to due date conformance and quality standards according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Assure compliance with FDA Quality System Regulations (QSR), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and ISO regulatory requirements. Utilize a variety of laboratory equipment, such as pH meters, conductivity meters, analytical balances, automated and semi‑automated production equipment to deliver high‑quality product to downstream customers. Qualifications Must have 5+ years relevant experience. High School Diploma, AA Degree or Technical degree preferred. Proven track record of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP). Preferred Experience Regulated industry experience (e.g., FDA, ISO) preferred. Location & Reporting The Production Operations role reports to the Supervisor of Reagent Operations and is part of the Reagent Operations department located in Chaska, MN; the position is on‑site. Compensation & Benefits Hourly rate: $25–$30 per hour. This range may be modified in the future. The role is eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
