Como Asistente Quiropráctico, asistirá al quiropráctico con la atención al paciente y garantizará que la consulta funcione sin problemas. Las responsabilidades incluyen programar citas, responder llamadas y correos electrónicos, y recibir a los pacientes a medida que llegan. Ocasionalmente, puedes colaborar con trabajos clínicos como evaluaciones diagnósticas. Si eres organizado, amable y comprometido a ofrecer un alto nivel de atención al cliente, nos gustaría conocerte. Responsabilidades Saluda a los pacientes cuando llegan a la clínica Mantén la limpieza de la sala de espera Responde consultas por llamadas telefónicas y correo electrónico Programa, confirma y cancela citas Realizar la introducción de datos y mantener registros precisos Entrevista a los pacientes para obtener información personal y médica Mantener niveles adecuados de suministros e inventario Administrar evaluaciones de cribado según se solicite Cualificaciones Se requiere diploma de secundaria/GED Experiencia administrativa previa, preferiblemente en un entorno sanitario Competente en Microsoft Office Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita Sólidas habilidades interpersonales y organizativas.
