Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Belove It Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Painesville, OH. As a valued member of our care team, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents, utilizing your exceptional clinical skills and dedication to excellence. Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and conducting treatments as ordered Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team Monitor and report patient progress to the healthcare team, family members, and other stakeholders Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and medication administrationParticipate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and staff development Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care transitions Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet the needs of multiple patients and families Requirements: Current LPN licensure in the State of Ohio Minimum of 1 year of experience as an LPN Ability to work a full-time schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends Strong clinical skills, including medication administration, vital sign assessment, and wound care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records What We Offer: Flexible schedule #J-18808-Ljbffr Belove-IT-Car
