Job Description

Holiday Inn Express - Moline, IL (located next to the Quad City International Airport) is currently adding a Front Desk Guest Service Agent to our team! Must have weekend availability. Who We Are:Frontier Hospitality Group has been locally owned since 1950. We operate eight hotels across five fantastic brands and our growth keeps climbing. We believe in a work/life harmony that fits our employees' lifestyles. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Provides high-quality customer service. Handles guest reservations.Answers and transfers phone calls.Handles guest check-ins and outs along with questions, complaints, etc.Shuttles the guests to and from the airport.Other duties as required with the department. Qualifications and Requirements:Previous hotel or relevant customer service experience.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.Ability to work weekends and holidays.Hotel Address: 2100 69th Ave., Moline, IL 6126 EOE/AA/Disabled VeteranFrontier Hospitality Group is an Equal opportunity Employer and participates in the E-Verify program to verify the employment eligibility of all new hires.
