At Facial Lounge, youre not just another employee youre part of a team that values and invests in you.

Your Role:

As our Coordinating Esthetician, youll be the first point of contact for our clients and a key part of their experience with us.

Youll help manage the flow of the spa, support our estheticians, and ensure every client interaction reflects the warmth and professionalism Facial Lounge is known for.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients with warmth and professionalism
• Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations
• Assist clients with checkouts, membership sign-ups, and retail product recommendations
• Handle phone, text, and email communications promptly and courteously
• Support the team with operational needs, inventory checks, and special events
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lounge environment
• Uphold and embody Facial Lounges Core Values in daily interactions
• Following a 90-day onboarding period, youll be eligible to advance into our esthetician cross-training programempowering you to deliver exceptional, hands-on care to our valued clients

Experience:

• 1+ year in customer service, spa, hospitality, or retail setting
• Comfort with scheduling software and technology
• Esthetician License is mandatory

  Location: Corona del Mar, CA (opportunities in Costa Mesa also available)
• 
  Position: Full-Time and Part-Time
• 
  Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour (depending on experience)
• 
  Availability: Must be available for day and evening shifts, including weekends
