Entry Level Recruiter/Sales Trainee

Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: Identify qualified candidates using various recruiting and sourcing tools Screen and interview qualified candidates Partner with Account Managers to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads Perform customer service related activities Participate in community volunteering and partnerships with philanthropic organizations About You What you'll need: Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) Customer or sales focused experience Experience collaborating in a team-oriented environment Compensation & Benefits Base salary of $56,485 with unlimited earning potential through commissions after the hourly training period Raise to $60,000 base salary after one year of employment Medical, dental, and vision insurance Company funded Health Savings Account and 401(k) account Paid time off Employee discounts Quarterly performance-based bonuses All-expense paid trip Company funded investment plan Insurance including Basic/Supplemental Life and AD&D Short and long-term disability coverage Health and Dependent Care Spending Accounts (HSA & DCFSA) Transportation benefits Employee Assistance Program Tuition Assistance Time Off/Leave including PTO and Primary Caregiver/Parental Leave Training & Development Comprehensive training program provided to support success in the role.
