Phoenix, AZ (may float between multiple campuses in the Phoenix metro area)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 4x10s, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM (with call rotation)

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the healthcare team, patients, and families to promote patient health through delivery of professional nursing care.
• Provide nursing care appropriate to each patient's age and condition as documented in nursing and medical plans of care.
• Practice in accordance with evidence-based nursing and patient care practice standards, as well as hospital goals, values, and regulatory standards.
• Participate in call rotation as required by the surgical team schedule.
• Float between multiple pediatric campus locations within the Phoenix metro area as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 full years of nursing experience, including at least 1 year of pediatric OR experience.
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), or Diploma in Nursing.
• Current Arizona RN license or RN license from a compact state with multistate privileges (or ability to establish Arizona licensure prior to start date).
• Current BLS certification for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association.
• Current PALS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Compliance with facility vaccination and masking policies, including flu vaccination requirements from October through April.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a pediatric surgical or specialty hospital environment.
• Familiarity with multi-site or multi-campus healthcare operations.
