We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Accounts Receivable & Lease Administrator to oversee the lifecycle of our commercial leasing portfolio and manage daily financial operations. In this role, you will ensure lease compliance, maintain flawless tenant ledgers, and drive efficient collections.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong foundation in property accounting, a sharp eye for legal lease language, and the communication skills necessary to maintain positive tenant relationships while ensuring timely payments. • Lease administration backup duties
• Writing leases and transmitting via Dropbox Sign
• Operational expenses, rent increases
• Running background and credit checks for potential tenants
• Tracking leasing activity
• Cash management and check processing duties Processing and posting receipts 
• Running various reports for owner relating to both accounting, legal and leasing
• Billing management, including utilities
• Accounts Payable scanning, filing

Requirements

SKILLS

· Organizational skills

· Attention to detail 

· Ability to multi-task

· Intermediate level of Excel 

· Strong written and verbal skills

· Experience with Appfolio or other property management software a plus
