We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to support shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This temporary opportunity is ideal for candidates with warehouse, material handling, logistics, or customer service experience. Key Responsibilities Manage daily shipping, receiving, and inventory accuracy activities Receive incoming materials and ensure proper storage and organization Pick, pack, and prepare orders for domestic and international shipments Process shipments using systems such as UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, and DHL Prepare shipping and export documentation, including Air Waybills and other required forms Maintain accurate inventory and ERP system records Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively across departments Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required 1+ year of customer service experience preferred Shipping, receiving, warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience preferred Experience with ERP systems and data entryli> Knowledge of domestic and international shipping processes is a plus Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Compensation $20.00/hour Employee Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Commuter/Parking Accounts People Perks Health Savings Account (HSA) AD&D Insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
