\nLocation: Colorado Springs, CO (Onsite), OR Rapid City SD 2 Positions - available due to Internal promotions

\n \n$30M - $80M+ Design-Build: Federal
\nFull-Time | Permanent
\n100% Employee-Owned Federal GC seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with strong DoD and USACE experience. Leading large-scale CONUS military DoD, projects in a safety-driven, high-performance environment, with an exceptional team and leadership. Most recently awarded one of the Best places to Work as well as promotion to CMMC2 level
\nMust Have:
\n- \n
- 5+ years as a Project Manager w/ complex Federal DoD builds \n
- Direct USACE (U.S. Army Corps of Engineers) project experience preferred \n
- Vertical construction expertise as these are not Civil or Environmental projects \n
- Experience with projects that include SCIF work \n
- Managed projects $35M to $80M \n
- Proficiency with RMS, Procore, Primavera P6 \n
