We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment and strongly encourage you to apply.A Typical Day Will Include The Following..Manages overall Food Service operations including Deli, Bakery, Pizzeria, Espresso, BBQ, and Market MealsWorks in tandem with the Kitchen Manager to assist Field House (if applicable) during peak hours with staffing and production needsCoordinates weekly Field House schedules (if applicable) with Market Manager (Hospitality) or Restaurant Manager and Front End ManagerParticipates in quarterly/annual forecasting and assists in achieving financial goals with a focus on gross and laborEstablishes and maintains effective working relationships with employees, guests, market support staff and vendor communityEnsures the adherence to Ready for Business standards throughout food service departmentsWorks closely with market staff to achieve the timely completion of administrative tasks and operational functionsWorks with department managers and staff in settling interpersonal conflictsAssists in the hiring, training and development of employeesEstablishes and maintains a 360-feedback process including guests, staff and leadershipPrepares department product for saleProvides and role models excellent guest serviceOversees food service maintenance and cleanlinessEnsures food service compliance with local, state and federal lawsEstablishes and maintains a culture of safety throughout all food service departmentsRole models attitude of service to staff and guestsKeeps up on industry trends, standards, and changesEnsures the dissemination of and adherence to all company and department policiesSupports and follows all safety/security policies and sustainability programsOperates within the Company's Core Values, Company Brand and Business PrinciplesThis Job Might Be For You If ..Prefer 5 years' management experience in food service/retail operationsInnovative and creative with enthusiasm for food, cooking and nutritionExcellent guest service skillsAbility to be MAST certifiedPositively manages change with the ability to enroll othersMust be a team player, transformational leader, and positive role model with passion and skill for developing othersCritical thinker with the ability to analyze and interpret financialsWorking knowledge of inventory management, schedule writing, and forecasting with a high-level understanding of ordering practicesUnderstands and implements ready for business standardsCommitment to personal and professional developmentMust possess an attitude of service to othersDemonstrates self-discipline and accountabilityMust have intermediate or higher computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to build and maintain effective relationships and trust with a diverse group of staff, guests, and vendorsExcellent listening, verbal, and written communication skillsEmbraces 360 feedback with a commitment to personal and professional developmentDisplays excellent work ethicFlexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededAbility to lift and carry 50 lbs.Possesses full body mobility (bending, stooping, twisting, and reaching) with excellent manual dexterityExemplifies health department standardsAbility to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner21 years or olderEntry Level CompensationUSD $34.50/Hr.Maximum CompensationUSD $35.55/Hr.
