The OR RN provides nursing care to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures, ensuring a safe and sterile environment in the operating room.

Department: 841A Meridian Op Sur - RN OR

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating room and surgical instruments

• Assist surgeons during procedures (circulating and/or scrub role)

• Monitor patient condition throughout surgery

• Maintain sterile techniques and infection control standards

• Administer medications and document patient care

• Coordinate with surgical team members

• Ensure proper positioning and safety of patients

• Handle surgical equipment and supplies

• Minimum of 2 years of experience within the specialty

• BLS certification required
