Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.19 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon04:00 PM - 12:00 AMWed12:00 AM - 08:00 AMThur12:00 AM - 08:00 AMSun04:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control requirements, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location. Monitor entry points, verify authorization and credentials, maintain visitor logs, and report access-control concerns in accordance with site policies. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, parking areas, restricted areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity or conditions requiring attention. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document actions taken. Complete detailed activity reports, incident reports, and shift documentation while maintaining awareness of client property and operations. Minimum Requirements: At least 6 months of security-related experience is required. CPR certification is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
