• The position is Hybrid ( 3 weekdays - In Office, 2 weekdays - Remote ).

Position Details:

• Position: Operations Processor 3 (Human Resources - Leave of Absence Operations)
• Industry: Banking/Financial Services
• Job duration: 5 months ( Possible Extension/Conversion )
• Location: Charlotte, NC 28262 ( 3 weekdays - In Office, 2 weekdays - Remote )
• Schedule: Monday - Friday (Business Hours)
• Interview Process: Virtual Interview - 1 Round - Video
• Pay Range: $23-23.50/hour
• Tentative Start Date: ?08/24/2026

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Teams will be using the Workday system to place employees on leave, make changes in the system, etc. So knowing Workday would be helpful, but fine to consider other similar systems if no Workday experience
• Will be a part of one of two teams: Total Operations Team or Leaves Operations Team
• Customer Service is a huge part.
• When this person receives a case where somebody may have a leave question or something else, they would need to call, email, etc., that person to help resolve their inquiry.
• Strong written communication, as well as they will need to document their communications and resolutions.
• They don't have a set daily quote, but will be taking up tickets as they arise in ServiceNow, some of which they may have to come back to at different times.
• They will be trained and have multiple procedures in place that they will be taught - how to handle cases within the various SLA times.

Required Skills:

• Strong Customer Service Background.
• Experience handling a high volume of cases.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
